Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The service was exceptional. We were upgraded to a jr. suite upon our arrival. The staff was able to book our Turin tourist pass and offered great recommendations. We were given a late check-out that fit in with our plans nicely. Great location with large rooms and a nice breakfast in the morning. The welcome gifts were so appreciated in our suite. The gym is a bit small but there is a Virgin fitness four minutes away that does allow visitors. This was one wonderful place. It was luxurious without being ostentatious. It was beautifully decorated and elegant. The service was superb and the facilities were first class. We dropped by on saturday afternoon to enjoy an aperitivo on the outside terrace. We were warmly greeted by Flavio the barman and made to feel very welcome. We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. We have always received excellent service. The staff is very polite and efficient. The spread at breakfast is lavish and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to spend an enjoyable stay in Turin....
